1. Product Disclaimer

Price, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without any prior notice. Well Tech is not responsible for typographical and/or photographic errors. All images shown on our website may be digitally enhanced. Actual product colour, size, and texture may differ from what is shown on the website.

Stock availability is subject to change. If a product is listed as "In Stock" there is still a small possibility it may be out of stock. Due to human error, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other product-related information listed is entirely accurate.

2. Payment Terms

It is highly recommended to confirm stock availability before making any payment. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery (where applicable).

• If any payment needs to be refunded, it may take 3–10 working days to process.
• Additional fees such as EMI charges, mobile banking charges, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Any cashback received during purchase will be adjusted during refund processing.

3. Order & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48–72 hours, provided items are in stock and payment has been verified. Well Tech does not guarantee same-day delivery. Orders are not processed on public holidays or weekly holidays.

Well Tech reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Warranty Claim Conditions

Well Tech is a retail outlet and does not manufacture products. All warranty claims are forwarded directly to the manufacturer or supplier on behalf of the customer. We follow international, local, and Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) warranty guidelines. Reference: BCS Warranty Policy PDF.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory to claim warranty.
• Warranty processing typically takes 7–40 working days depending on the manufacturer and parts availability.
• The following will void warranty: physical damage (cracks, burns, bends), liquid damage, rust/fungus, tampered serial numbers or stickers, unauthorized repairs, insect damage, screen scratches, or broken locks/hinges.
• Laptop/notebook accessories (battery, charger, adapters) carry a maximum of 1-year warranty separate from the main unit.
• For fragile products (monitors, glass casings), the original box must be submitted with the warranty claim.
• Dead/Stuck pixels on monitors: warranty claims require a minimum of 3 or more dead/stuck pixels.
• Products with "Lifetime Warranty" are covered until the product reaches End-of-Life (EOL) status, i.e., production is discontinued.
• Operating systems on customized systems are never covered under warranty.

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Well Tech reserves the right to terminate access for any user found violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Well Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
